Aim

The ECB and the Grounds Management Association’s Performance Quality Standards (PQS) have set standards a ground can be assessed against. 

What’s involved

The standards are Basic, Standard and High.

Timing of use

All year round, helping to ensure the best quality ground possible.

Effects of incorrect procedure

An inadequate cricket ground in terms of structural, presentation and playing quality.
