The following processes should be carried out between games:

  • Removal of loose soil, grass, and other detritus.
  • Scarification to remove thatch and create a seed bed.
  • Repair levels.
  • Seeding and fertiliser application.
  • Light topdressing.
  • Use of germination sheets.
  • Watering.
