Operations to complete in July:
- Mowing – mow grass at height of 50 mm with a rotary mower; towards the end of the month, increase the height of cut to 75 mm.
- Apply fertiliser to the surface – This should be a fertiliser containing high levels of Nitrogen and Potassium; this will help boost grass and root growth.
- Irrigation – If there is no precipitation, it is important to irrigate the surface to encourage grass growth and rooting.
